Chip Ward (1952-2022)
Chip Ward died unexpectedly December 4, 2022 in his sleep at his winter house in Greensboro, Georgia. He will be missed and the firm expresses condolences to his family, friends, and legal colleagues.

Office Visits: Pursuant to Vermont’s Phased Reopening Plan, we are fully open as of June 1, 2021! Our office is 100% vaccinated and boosted.
COVID-19 DELTA/OMICRON VARIANT UPDATE. Our office is fully open and we are scheduling in-person meetings. Effective March 15, 2022, we do not require vaccinated persons to wear a mask when coming to our office although masking maybe requested in some circumstances to protect the vulnerable. Unvaccinated persons will be asked to wear a mask. Persons who cannot wear masks may be offered alternative service to in-person meetings including using telephone or Zoom. We also ask that you do not come into our office if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. Thank you for your cooperation.
